Notice is hereby given that quotations are invited from accredited suitably qualified service providers to supply and install Shade Netting Undercover Parking to cover 10 parking bays for vehicles at 1 Hofman Street, Law Enforcement offices.

A Compulsory site meeting will be at 1 Hofman Street, Stellenbosch on Monday 24 April 2017 @ 10h30. at the corner of Meriman Street and Hofman Street, Stellenbosch.

No Formal Quotation will be awarded to a bidder who is not registered on the Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) and on the Stellenbosch Municipality’s Supplier Database (SMSD). The CSD supplier number starting with (MAAA) number is automatically generated by the Central Database System after successful registration and validation of a prospective service provider. This number is now a mandatory requirement, as referred to in regulation 14(1) (b) of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations, as part of the listing criteria for accrediting a prospective service provider. Prospective suppliers should self – register on the CSD website at www.csd.gov.za Registration on the CSD will be compulsory in order to conduct business with the STELLENBOSCH MUNICIPALITY. This tender document is available free of charge on our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za, however a nonrefundable deposit of R50.00 per document is payable to the Stellenbosch Municipality if collecting the same document, during office hours, from The Supply Chain Management Unit, Stellenbosch Municipality, 1st Floor, Room no.121,17 Plein Street, Stellenbosch.
