Tender Description

Justice: Old Pietermaritzburg Magistrate Court: 36 Months Cleaning and Hygiene Service

Preference points scoring system applicable is 80/20

The points scored by a tenderer in respect of the level of BBBEE contribution contemplated in sub regulation 5(2) and 6(2) must be added to the points scored for price as calculated in accordance with sub regulation 5(1) and 6(1) respectively. Subject to regulation 7, the contract must be awarded to the tenderer who scores the highest total number of points A contract may be awarded to the tenderer that did not score the highest total number of points, only in accordance with section 2(1) (f) of the Act. It is compulsory that service providers must be registered on the central supplier database.

Meeting/Briefing Session:Attendance for site briefing meeting is compulsory 19 November 2018, 11:00. Justice: Old Pietermaritzburg Magistrate Court.
